What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. The site can read them on later requests, for example to remember your language preference. This policy explains which cookies the beus.tr website, operated by BEUS Danışmanlık, Yazılım ve Reklam Hizmetleri, uses and why.

Cookies we use

beus.tr only uses cookies that the site needs in order to work. We don't use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies.

Other pages (home, services, blog, etc.) set no cookies apart from the language preference cookie. For our authorized staff using the admin panel, an additional "remember me" cookie is used if they check that option when signing in.

Local storage

When you dismiss the cookie notice, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not in a cookie. It is never sent to our server and is removed when you clear your browser data.

Third-party cookies

The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and is not loaded when you open the page, so no Google cookies are set unless you choose to load it. The map loads from Google's servers only when you click the "Load map" button; Google may then use its own cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address. These cookies are not under our control; see Google's cookie information and privacy policy for details.

Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, after which WhatsApp's own terms apply.

Managing cookies

You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block only third-party cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, your language preference won't be remembered and the contact form may not work; in that case you can also reach us at info@beus.tr.

Changes
