Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the beus.tr website and when you contact us through the contact form.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by BEUS Danışmanlık, Yazılım ve Reklam Hizmetleri ("we", "us") as the data controller.

  • Address: Aktepe Mh 970. Sokak 45/2 Keçiören / Ankara
  • Email: info@beus.tr
  • Phone: 542 480 70 14

2. Personal data we process

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process:

  • Identity: your full name
  • Contact details: your email address and, if you choose to share it, your phone number
  • Request details: the service you are interested in, the content of your message and the site language you used
  • Transaction security: the date and time of submission, the moment you confirmed you had read this notice, your IP address and browser information (the "user agent", which shows your browser and operating system type)

Any other information you choose to include in your message is used only to respond to your request. Please do not share sensitive personal data, such as health information, in your message.

Visiting the website

  • Server logs: When you visit the website, our web server records your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser information.
  • Session and security data: A session is started on the contact page to protect the form; the session record holds your IP address, browser information and the time of your last activity. If the form shows a validation error, the details you entered are briefly kept in the session until the page reloads, so you don't have to fill in the form again. To prevent abuse, form submissions are briefly rate-limited by IP address.
  • Language preference: When you switch the site language, your choice is stored in a cookie. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Why we process your data

  • To review your quote and information requests, get back to you and handle related correspondence
  • To prepare a quote for the service you asked about and hold pre-contract discussions
  • To prevent spam, automated submissions, abuse and unauthorized access, and to keep our systems secure
  • To keep the website running and to find and fix errors
  • To remember your language preference
  • To respond to information and document requests from competent authorities as required by law

4. Legal bases and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the contact form and our web server. It is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

  • (c) Processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to that contract: reviewing your quote and information requests, getting back to you and preparing a quote
  • (ç) Processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation: responding to requests from competent authorities
  • (f) Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms: processing IP addresses, browser information, submission times, session records and server logs for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, and remembering your language preference

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. Limited to the purposes above, it may be shared with:

  • Our hosting provider: The website, its database and server logs are kept on our hosting provider's servers located in Türkiye.
  • Our email service provider (Yandex 360): A message you send through the contact form is stored only on our website's servers in Türkiye; the notification email we receive when the form is submitted does not contain your name, contact details or message. When you email us, or we reply to you by email, that correspondence is transmitted and stored on the servers of Yandex 360, our email service provider, which are located outside Türkiye.
  • Competent public authorities: Only when legally authorized authorities request it, and only to the extent the law requires.

Our website and contact form records are hosted on servers located in Türkiye. Our email correspondence, however, runs on Yandex 360, whose servers are located outside Türkiye, so the personal data in emails you send us or in our email replies to your request (your name, email address and the content of the correspondence) is transferred abroad. If you do not want the correspondence transferred abroad, you can ask us in your message to call you back by phone, or submit a written request.

The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is not loaded when you open the page; it loads from Google's servers only when you click the "Load map" button. Only then does your browser send technical information such as your IP address to Google, and Google may set cookies. When you use a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp's own terms apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Contact form messages: 2 years from the date you send them; older messages are deleted automatically
  • Server logs: up to 6 months
  • Session records: a session ends 2 hours after your last activity; expired session records are deleted daily

At the end of these periods, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. If your request turns into a business relationship, records of that relationship are kept separately for the periods required by applicable law.

7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to contact us and:

  • Find out whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information about the processing, if it is
  • Find out the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
  • Ask for your data to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • Ask that any correction, deletion or destruction be communicated to the third parties your data was transferred to
  • Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data
  • Claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm because your data was processed unlawfully

8. How to submit a request

You can send your request through one of the channels below. Please include your full name, your signature (for written requests), your Turkish ID number (or, for foreign nationals, your nationality and passport number), your mailing address, your email address and phone number if you have them, and what you are requesting:

If responding involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your request is rejected, you find our response insufficient, or we do not respond in time, you may file a complaint with the Board under Article 14 of the KVKK.
